Roll three d6s.
Add the result to character's STR.
A character recovers HP per day equal to its STR.
In addition, a character can tend his wounds during a respite, rest or encamp to boost his healing speed. To tend wounds, you need a healer’s kit. A healer’s kit must be replenished after six uses.
In addition, you can use potions or spells to restore lost HP.

A character who reaches 0 HP receives a scar. Roll a d66 on the scars table to determine.
